Scott is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience in building and developing businesses, particularly in the technology and finance sectors. He has successfully founded and taken multiple companies public, guiding them from the development stage to exit.


As the founder of Energy Works, Inc., Scott is deeply passionate about creating meaningful change in the plastic and tire waste sector. His primary mission is to contribute to the process of cleaning our oceans by advancing innovative waste-to-energy solutions.


Scott is also the co-author of Waste Energy Corp’s patent filing for an AI-powered emissions monitoring and carbon credit automation and optimization system, designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in the waste-to-energy industry.


In leading the transformation of Waste Energy Corp, Scott has leveraged the company’s past experience of pushing the limits of technology and innovation. WEC was instrumental in launching the first-ever full-length feature film as an NFT, a groundbreaking achievement in the digital entertainment space.


Additionally, WEC spearheaded the company's bold initiative to partner with and transform Kodak, an iconic American brand, in an effort to drive innovation and reposition legacy technology for the future.


Scott has held securities licenses Series 7, 63, and 24, all of which were retired in good standing. He possesses extensive expertise in public company operational management, mergers and acquisitions, financing, SEC compliance, and financial reporting for publicly traded companies.
