Waste Conversion Technology (WCT)

Plastic & Tire Conversion Technology: Turning Waste into Clean Energy

At Waste Energy Corp, we utilize advanced plastic and rubber conversion systems to transform discarded materials into valuable, low-emission fuels. Our process efficiently recovers energy from non-recyclable waste, reducing landfill dependency and supporting a scalable, sustainable clean energy future.

Our Conversion System Works

1. Waste Intake & Preparation

Plastic and end-of-life tires are shredded into uniform pieces and fed into our proprietary conversion system, which heats the material in a controlled, oxygen-free environment.

2. Thermal Conversion Process

Rather than burning, the waste undergoes a molecular breakdown through high-temperature processing (typically 400°C–600°C). This clean, non-combustion method yields three valuable outputs:

  • Conversion Oil – A high-value liquid fuel that can be refined into diesel, heating oil, or other energy products
  • Carbon Black – A solid material used in manufacturing, rubber, plastics, and industrial applications
  • Synthetic Gas (Syngas) – A clean-burning gas that powers the system itself, reducing external energy needs

Why It Matters: The Opportunity

  • Tackling the U.S. Plastic Waste Crisis
Our systems divert tons of non-recyclable plastic and tires from landfills and incinerators every day—addressing a major environmental and regulatory challenge.
  • Producing Marketable Clean Energy
The fuels produced can replace petroleum-based products, offering new revenue streams and energy security benefits.
  • Driving the Circular Economy
Our technology turns waste into valuable assets, supporting sustainability goals while unlocking long-term economic value.
  • Scalable Infrastructure, Real Returns
Waste Energy Corp’s conversion systems are modular, scalable, and ready to deploy across high-need regions. For investors, this is more than environmental impact—it’s infrastructure with measurable ROI.

We are investing in the Future of Clean Energy

Waste Energy Corp is building the next generation of sustainable infrastructure—where waste becomes opportunity. Learn how you can be part of the solution.
